09:00 AM Pick up from your hotel, we will go to Nanay port where we will take a motorboat and we will navigate the majestic Amazon river. Our first visit will be to the Florido neighborhood, better known as The Fundo Pedrito.Here we will appreciate the Victoria Regia, aquatic leaves of the world, the big fish Paiche, the black and white lizards, and the charapas.
After the visit we will take our boat and continue for 30 minutes more. We will arrive at Neyser Island, we will see monkeys, toucans, parrots, sloths, anacondas, after seeing the animals the people will invite you to go through a natural medicines pharmacy and you can also drink the aphrodisiac drinks, then we will take the motor boat to go for lunch in the lodge, the food is based on typical food, such as pork rinds, alligator and cecina with tacacho, or fish such as Paiche.
After lunch we go to visit the Yahuas where we will learn about their culture, their dances and their lives, we will look for gray and pink dolphins and we will swim in the Amazon river, also we will enjoy the amazing jungle sunset.

In the afternoon we will navigate the yanayacu pucate basin in order to appreciate the gray and pink dolphins and birds (toucan, macaw, seagulls, kingfisher, Camungos) return to the peasant house, at night we will walk in order to appreciate the nocturnal fauna (tarantulas, snake, night monkeys) Dinner and rest.
DAY 2: LODGE – IQUITOS
Before breakfast we will board our small boat (canoe)and go to Huayllas river in order to see the famous sloths and prehistoric birds (shanshos)
Return and breakfast.
Then we will hike through the jungle where the guide will explain about the medicinal plants
(Uña de Gato, Sangre de Grado, grapes, among others) its properties, also We will know how peasant people live.
During the hike we will appreciate giant tree, (kapok, capiruri, cedar and others) We will carry out artisanal fishing with peasant rod, arrow or machete, where we can catch different kind of fishes (piranhas, tucunare, or catfish).
Return to the Buenos Aires community, optional visit to the community members to know customs, culture and lifestyle, lunch and return to Nauta – Iquitos – hotel or airport.

DAY 3: PACAYA SAMIRIA
05:30 am will be the get up time, so we can enjoy the sunrise and also appreciate the song of the birds and howler monkeys.
Breakfast and we will collect our camping equipment and prepare to continue towards the depths of the Pacaya Samiria Reserve. We will navigate approximately 2 hours to Iricahua lake. We will look for primates and other animals in their natural habitat.
The further we go into the Amazon jungle, the more possibilities we have to see wildlife. Lunch Exploration of a ravine by canoe. At the end of the ravine, we will get off from the canoe and we will walk around looking for animals such as the armadillo (locally called carachupa), bear anthill, rodents such as the Majaz (Paca agouti) and the Añuje (Black agouti), among others.
We will learn to cut and drink from the “Water rope”, a vine that can be used as a survival technique.
Dinner
Night expedition looking for nocturnal animals, including tapir, frogs, snakes, among others.
Camping night. We will sleep in tents.
DAY 4: PACAYA SAMIRIA – IQUITOS
We will start our fishing tour with a peasant rod, arrow or machete.
We will be able to fish different types of fish (piranhas, catfish, tucunare).

08:00 AM pick up from the airport or hotel we will drive for around 1 hour 45 minutes approximately until Nauta town once in Nauta, we will take a motorboat and navigate the Marañon river for around 3 hours river up enjoying the beautiful landscapes and the possibility of seeing river dolphins (gray and pink), herons, turtles and many other species along with spectacular flora. Arrival to the community of Santo Domingo, checkpoint to the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
Here we will register and show the tickets to the people in charge. The entrance to Pacaya Samiria is controlled and regulated by the SERNANP (National Service of Protected Natural Areas).
Another 30 minutes more by motorboat until the Buenos Aires Community.

We can see birds, especially herons. Hike through the primary jungle in order to see wildlife and enjoy the nature Night walk looking for spiders, snakes, lizards, frogs or rodents, listening to the different sounds of nocturnal animals.

DAY 2: PACAYA SAMIRIA
We get up early to enjoy the sunrise in the tropical jungle and then We will start our expedition. We will be on the lookout for monkeys and sloths. Then we will take a canoe and explore the river banks, always looking around at the movements and sounds to be able to observe the fauna next to the river.
3 hours more on the Pucate River, getting deeper and deeper into the primary jungle. We will take you by boat to try the artisanal sport fishing of piranhas, as the locals do. The guide will give you a briefing about how to fish.. If you are skilled you can even fish Acarahuazu (Oscar fish), Fasaco (Common Trahira) among others.
We will see pink dolphins (Inia geoffrensis) and gray dolphins or tucuxis. This is your opportunity to jump into the Pucate river and swim inside the Pacaya Samiria.
Walk through the jungle in the virgin jungle where we can observe the flora and fauna of The Amazon. Walking tour to see the Lupuna, one of the largest trees in the Amazon jungle. Explore the Iricahua (cocha)lake.
To get there, we will hike around 2-3 hours in the jungle In Iricahua we will have the opportunity to see different monkey species such as the woolly monkey, howler monkey, titi monkey (monkey stump or monkey friar), among others.
Furthermore, this lake is inhabited by Paiche (Arapaima Gigas), the largest fish in the Amazon rainforest.
Other animals we can see here are turtles and alligators.
Night expedition to find and see black and white caimans (large lizards river).
Campsite. Camp in the primary jungle. We will sleep in tents.
Selva Pacaya Samiria – Día 3
We get up very early and start looking for primates in our canoe.
Morning botanical hike. You will know different medicinal plants of the Amazon jungle. We will learn to cut and drink from a vine called “Soga de Agua” (Water Rope) . Pack up our camping gear and get ready to head deeper into the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
We will sail approx. 2 hours to our next destination. We will look for primates and other animals in their habitat. The further you go into the Amazon jungle, the more chance you will have of seeing wildlife. We will explore the small rivers by canoe.
At the end of the stream, we will get out of the canoe and We will walk around looking for wildlife such as the armadillo of nine-banded (Carachupa), the giant anteater (anteater beer), rodents like the Paca agouti (Majaz) and the Black agouti (Añuje), among others.
Night expedition looking for nocturnal animals, including alligators, frogs, snakes, among others.
Camp in the primary jungle.

Selva Pacaya Samiria Día 4
Boat trip for 2 hours approximately to get to our next camping area, further into the virgin jungle, in a local area called Quebrada del fraile (Fraile stream). The deeper we go into the jungle, the better chance we have of seeing more different animals, birds and fish.
Walk through the jungle to find and see monkeys (such as the howler monkey or the woolly monkey) and other animals. We will be attentive because this place is good for macaws (red and green macaw or ara chloroptera, blue and yellow or ara ararauna, and others).
In the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve we can find 2 of the 8 species of macaws found in Peru.
Excursion to look for and observe some giant river otters. Night excursion in canoe.
Night hiking in order to find the nine-banded armadillo (carachupa or Dasypus novemcinctus) and rodents such as agouti black (añuje or Dasyprocta fuliginosa) and agouti paca (majaz).
Camping in the virgin forest.
We will sleep in tents.
DAY 5: PACAYA SAMIRIA – IQUITOS
Early morning bird watching. This is the best time to see wild birds in their own habitat on the river banks inside the jungle. Jungle trek looking for primates, exploring the surrounding lakes (cochas) in search of wildlife.
We start our way back, stopping in the Buenos Aires community to stretch your legs and have the opportunity to contribute to the community buying handmade crafts.
Return by boat to the Nauta town.
Transfer from Nauta to Iquitos.
Arrival at our office, or if you prefer we can take you to your hotel in Iquitos or to the Airport.

SELVA ENCANTADA – DAY 02
We get up early to enjoy the sunrise in the tropical jungle and then We will start our expedition. We will be on the lookout for monkeys and sloths.
Then we will take a canoe and explore the river banks, always looking around at the movements and sounds to be able to observe the fauna next to the river. Boat trip on the Yanayacu River for approx. 3 hours, entering further and further into the depths of the Amazon jungle.
We will arrive at a place called Renaco by the locals where we will set our camp. Hike through the jungle to observe the Amazonian flora and fauna.
Observation of the Lupuna (Ceiba pentandra), one of the largest trees in the Amazon. After hiking in the Amazon jungle you will have the opportunity to swim in the Yanayacu River and observe pink dolphins (Inia geoffrensis) and gray dolphins or tucuxis. Exploration of Renaco cocha (lake).
To get to this place we will hike 2-3 hours inside the jungle. We will be attentive with our senses since we will have the opportunity to see different animals such as the Shansho (Hoatzin), a prehistoric bird, different species of turtles such as Charapa (Arrau river turtle), Cupiso (Six tubercled Amazon river turtle) the Taricaya turtle (Yellow spotted Amazon river turtle).
There’s also possibilities of finding Ronsocos (Capibaras), Majaz (Paca agouti paca) and different species of monkeys such as the Wolly monkey, Howler monkey, the stump monkey or friar (Titi monkey), among others.
Night expedition looking for alligators (large river lizards).
Camping in the primary jungle. We will sleep in tents.
ENCHANTED JUNGLE – DAY 03
We will wake up early in the morning and begin looking for primates as we explore by canoe. There is the possibility, with a little luck, to see in this area a very particular species: the manatee (also called sea cow) . We will collect our camping equipment and prepare to continue towards the depths of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve.
We will sail approximately 3 hours to our next destination: Zapotal, so called by the inhabitants of the National Reserve due to the great quantity of Zapotes (a species of tree that bears a sweet fruit) in this area. Expedition looking for primates and other animals to observe them in their habitat. The further we go into the Amazon jungle, the more possibilities We have to see wildlife. In the surroundings it is possible to find the Paiche (Arapaima gigas), the largest fish in the Amazon jungle. If the river is low the possibility of finding the Paiche is better.
Hiking looking for Macaws. We will venture in search of the Scarlet and Green Macaws (Ara chloroptera) and Blue and Yellow Macaws (Ara ararauna).
In the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve we can find 2 of the 8 Macaw species found in Peru. On this hike too we will be attentive, in search of the Camungo (Horned screamer), with its characteristic sound, and of the Shansho.

ENCHANTED JUNGLE – DAY 04
Morning exploration by canoe. It’s time to watch the sunrise in the Amazon jungle. Amazon bird watching. This is the best time to see the different species of birds in the jungle, both on the river bank and within the vegetation.
We will travel by boat approx. 3 hours further into the Amazon jungle. We will advance to our next camping site in the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, Chingana. The deeper into the Amazon jungle, the greater chances to see different species of animals, birds and fish.
Excursion to observe the giant river otter. Botanical walk. You will get to know different Amazonian medicinal plants.
Night excursion by canoe, looking for wildlife. Canoe expedition looking black and white alligators. When navigating in remote areas, in the depths of the National Reserve there is a high possibility to find larger alligators (up to 6 to 8 meters in length).
We will also look for other nocturnal animals, insects and spiders. Camping in the Amazon jungle. We will sleep in tents.
ENCHANTED JUNGLE – DAY 05
Morning exploration by canoe, looking for wildlife, especially different species of monkeys such as the howler monkey or the woolly monkey.
After enjoying our walk in the Amazon jungle, we will pack, clean and start the navigation towards deeper areas of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve. We will navigate 1-2 hours and we will arrive at a place called Tambo German by the people who inhabit the National Reserve. We will set up our new camping site.
We will go on a long hike in the depths of the Amazon. Get ready to explore the primary jungle. During this walk we will be attentive in our search for animals, as well as Amazonian medicinal plants such as Uña de gato (Cat’s claw), Ajosacha (Jungle’s garlic or jungle garlic), among others. Our guide will explain us about the different medicinal plants and what they are for. A good opportunity to learn about Amazonian natural medicine.
We will carry out an expedition looking for animal tracks, such as the Jaguar (Otorongo), Tapir (Sachavaca), Red deer (Red brocket deer), Majaz (Paca agouti paca), among other animals from the Amazon jungle. There is the possibility to see anacondas and Tigrillos (Ocelot) in these areas of the Pacaya Samiria Reserve.
Nocturnal excursion looking for animals such as the Peccary (Collared peccari), Añuje (Black agouti), Ronsoco (Capibara), Majaz (Paca agouti paca), Giant anteater, Carachupa (nine banded armadillo), among other nocturnal animals .
Camping in the primary jungle. We will sleep in tents.
SELVA ENCANTADA – DIA 06
Morning canoe excursion. Already accustomed to the rhythm of the Amazon jungle, we will put into practice the skills we have learned during our expedition. We will try to differentiate animals and different types of Amazonian birds by their sounds.
We will look for them with the first rays of the sun. Morning walk in the jungle looking for monkeys and other animals. In this place there is usually a higher concentration of monkeys than near the perimeter of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, since not many people reach this place in the depths of the jungle.
We will go on a boat excursion to test our skills with artisanal piranha fishing, the way local people do it. The guide will give us instructions and all the necessary equipment. If you have skill (and luck) you can even fish Acarahuazu (Oscar fish), Fasaco (Common trahira), among others. At noon we will begin our return.
because we meet in the depths of the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve it will take us more than 1 day to return. It is for this reason that we will navigate 4 hours approximately following the current, downstream, until reaching a point middle in our route where we will establish our last site of camping.
We will arrive in Soledad during the afternoon, a place named after the locals in honor to a man who lived in this place, with no company other than nature and the animals around him.

ENCHANTED JUNGLE – DAY 07
Morning canoe excursion. Bird watching. During the early morning it is the best time to see birds and animals on the river bank and inside the jungle. We will make our last walk in the jungle in search of wildlife.
We will begin our return, stopping at PV1 (Surveillance Point 1), located in Santo Domingo to stretch our legs and contribute to the community buying their handmade crafts. Return by boat to Nauta. Private transfer from Nauta to Iquitos.

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 2
Partida a las 8:00 am,salida en la mañana desde su alojamiento o el aeropuerto en auto privado o mini-van (dependiendo del tamaño del grupo), nos desplazaremos en dirección sur durante 1 hora 45 minutos hasta llegar al pueblo de Nauta. Mientras nos dirigimos hacia allá le entregaremos una breve descripción de Iquitos, sus alrededores y sus principales atracciones.
Partida en bote privado desde el puerto de Nauta, continuando río arriba durante 3 horas, disfrutando de los hermosos paisajes y la posibilidad de observar delfines de río (gris y rosado), garzas y tortugas, entre otras especies.
Llegada a la comunidad de Santo Domingo, nuestro punto de entrada a la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria. Aquí obtendremos nuestro permiso de entrada. La entrada a la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria es controlada y regulada por el SERNANP (Servicio Nacional de Áreas Naturales Protegidas).
Continuaremos la navegación en bote durante 30 minutos hasta llegar a la comunidad de Buenos Aires. Durante nuestra travesía observaremos flora y fauna a orillas del río. Se pueden observar aves, especialmente garzas y Martín pescador.
Caminata de expedición por la selva primaria. Disfrutaremos de la naturaleza en búsqueda de vida salvaje.
Caminata nocturna en busca de arañas, serpientes, lagartos, ranas y roedores, escuchando los diferentes sonidos de los animales nocturnos que habitan la selva.
Alojamiento en vivienda típica en la comunidad de Buenos Aires. Dormiremos en camas individuales con mosquitero.
PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 3
Despertaremos temprano en la mañana y comenzaremos nuestra búsqueda de primates mientras exploramos en canoa. Existe la posibilidad, con un poco de suerte, de observar en esta zona una especie muy particular: El manatí (también llamado vaca marina)
Recogeremos nuestro equipamiento de camping y nos prepararemos para continuar hacia las profundidades de la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria. Navegaremos aproximadamente 3 horas hasta nuestro próximo destino: Zapotal, llamado así por los habitantes de la Reserva Nacional debido a la gran cantidad de Zapotes (especie de árbol que entrega un fruto dulce) en esta área.
Expedición en busca de primates y otros animales para observarlos en su hábitat. Mientras más nos adentramos en la selva amazónica, más posibilidades tenemos de observar vida salvaje.
En los alrededores del Zapotal es posible encontrar al Paiche (Arapaima gigas), el pez más grande de la selva amazónica. Si el río se encuentra bajo la posibilidad de observar al Paiche es mayor.
Caminata en busca de Guacamayos. Nos aventuraremos en búsqueda de los Guacamayos rojo y verde (Ara chloroptera) y del Guacamayo azul y amarillo (Ara ararauna). En la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria podemos encontrar 2 de las 8 especies de Guacamayos presentes en Perú. En esta caminata también estaremos atentos, en búsqueda del Camungo (Horned screamer), con su característico sonido, y del Shansho.
Observación del atardecer, disfrutando los bellos paisajes amazónicos, relajándonos y sumergiéndonos en el momento.
Expedición nocturna observando (y escuchando) atentamente en busca de animales nocturnos, incluyendo caimanes, ranas, serpientes, entre otros.

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 4
Exploración matutina en canoa para despertar nuestros sentidos. Es hora de observar el amanecer en la selva amazónica.
Observación de aves del amazonas. Esta es la mejor hora para observar las distintas especies de aves de la selva, tanto a la orilla del río, como dentro de la vegetación.
Viajaremos en bote aprox. 3 horas internándonos más en la selva amazónica. Avanzaremos hasta nuestro siguiente sitio de camping en la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria, Chingana. A mayor profundidad dentro de la selva amazónica, mayores son las posibilidades de observar diferentes especies de animales, aves y peces.
Excursión para observar la nutria gigante de río.
Caminata botánica. Conocerá diferentes plantas medicinales amazónicas.
Excursión nocturna en canoa, en busca de vida salvaje.
Expedición en canoa en búsqueda de caimanes blancos y negros. Al navegar en zonas alejadas, en las profundidades de la Reserva Nacional existe una alta posibilidad de observar caimanes más grandes (hasta de 6 a 8 metros de longitud). También buscaremos otros animales nocturnos, insectos y arañas…

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 5
Exploración matutina en canoa, en busca de vida salvaje, especialmente diferentes especies de monos como el mono aullador (howler monkey) o el mono choro (woolly monkey).
Luego de disfrutar nuestra caminata en la selva amazónica empacaremos, limpiaremos y comenzaremos la navegación hacia zonas más profundas de la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria. Navegaremos 1-2 horas y llegaremos a un lugar llamado Tambo German por las personas que habitan la Reserva Nacional.
Estableceremos nuestro nuevo sitio de camping.
Realizaremos una larga caminata en las profundidades de la selva amazónica. Prepárense para explorar la selva primaria. Durante esta caminata estaremos atentos en nuestra búsqueda de animales, así como también plantas medicinales amazónicas como la Uña de gato (Cat’s claw), el Ajosacha (Jungle’s garlic o el ajo de la selva), entre otras. Nuestro guía nos explicará sobre las diferentes plantas medicinales y para qué sirven. Una buena oportunidad para aprender sobre medicina natural amazónica.
Realizaremos una expedición en búsqueda de huellas de animales, como el Jaguar (Otorongo), Tapir (Sachavaca), Venado colorado (Red brocket deer), Majaz (Paca agouti paca), entre otros animales de la selva amazónica.
Existe la posibilidad de observar anacondas y Tigrillos (Ocelot) en estas zonas de la Reserva Pacaya Samiria.
Caminata nocturna en búsqueda de animales como el Sajino (Collared peccari), Añuje (Black agouti), Ronsoco (Capibara), Majaz (Paca agouti paca), Oso hormiguero (Giant anteater), Carachupa (nine banded armadillo), entre otros animales nocturnos.

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 6
Despertaremos nuestros sentidos con una excursión matutina en canoa. Ya acostumbrados al ritmo de la selva amazónica, pondremos en práctica las habilidades que hemos aprendido durante nuestra expedición. Intentaremos diferenciar animales y distintos tipos de aves amazónicas por sus sonidos. Los buscaremos con los primeros rayos del sol.
Navegación en bote a motor durante aproximadamente 4 horas hasta llegar a nuestra siguiente área de camping, en las profundidades de la selva, llamada Achon por los locales.
Luego de llegar a Achon y establecer nuestro campamento comenzaremos una caminata en la selva Amazónica, enfocados en encontrar rastros y huellas de animales, atentos a los sonidos. También mantendremos nuestros oídos atentos para diferenciar los diferentes cantos y sonidos de las aves.
Al volver a nuestro campamento iniciaremos una exploración en canoa por las orillas del río en búsqueda de nutrias de río, tortugas y diferentes especies de aves como Guacamayos, Sacha Pato (Muscovy duck), Cushuri (Olivaceeous cormorant), entre otros.
Al anochecer exploraremos en bote o en canoa en búsqueda de caimanes de río, tanto caimanes blancos como caimanes negros. En esta zona hay mayor posibilidad de ver caimanes negros, debido a ser selva profunda.

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 7
Exploraremos en canoas con los primeros rayos del sol. Sintiendo la frescura del aire y escuchando con atención los sonidos de la selva, sabiendo que el lugar que estamos visitando es sólo alcanzado por unos pocos aventureros. Disfrutaremos la naturaleza con todos nuestros sentidos.
Luego de recargar energías con un delicioso desayuno en la selva comenzaremos nuestra jornada en bote a motor para llegar al mítico “El Dorado”. Esto nos tomará aproximadamente 3 horas.
Llegar a El Dorado es un logro en sí mismo. No existen muchas personas en el planeta que puedan decir haber estado aquí.
Mientras nos encontramos en El Dorado exploraremos en bote, realizando caminatas en la selva, o de ambas formas. Todo depende de las condiciones del clima y la estación en la que nos encontremos.
Durante la temporada seca o reflujo (desde Mayo hasta Septiembre) es posible realizar más caminatas en la selva. Y durante la temporada de lluvias o creciente (desde Octubre hasta Abril) el nivel de los ríos y lagos sube, por lo que la mayoría de las excursiones deben hacerse en bote a motor o canoas. La diversidad de paisajes y su abundante fauna acuática hacen de este un lugar verdaderamente único. Existe la posibilidad de ver muchas especies diferentes de aves, incluyendo guacamayos, tucán, martín pescador, garzas, entre otros. En El Dorado también existe la posibilidad de ver algunos de los animales más famosos de la selva Amazónica, como anacondas, boas, jaguares (localmente llamado Otorongo) y manatíes, por nombrar algunos. Por supuesto que se necesita un poco de suerte, ya que no se puede garantizar el encontrarlos. Este lugar también es excelente para observar monos, serpientes, anfibios y otros animales.
Observaremos el hermoso atardecer en El Dorado. ¡Prepara tu cámara!
Exploración nocturna en bote en busca de animales en el lago, especialmente caimanes. En esta zona de Pacaya Samiria podemos encontrar caimanes blancos y caimanes negros. ¡Existen reportes de caimanes de hasta 6 metros de largo!

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 8
Nos despertaremos muy temprano, alrededor de las 4:30 AM. Si has venido tan lejos no te puedes perder contemplar el amanecer en este lugar.
Luego de recargar energías con un desayuno selvático nos prepararemos para un día completo explorando El Dorado, mediante caminatas, navegando o ambas opciones. Todo dependiendo del clima y la estación en que nos encontremos.
Durante las caminatas en la selva tendremos la oportunidad de encontrar diferentes especies de monos, especialmente monos aulladores, así como también otros animales, ranas, salamandras, serpientes como boas y anacondas y muchas especies de aves incluyendo el colibrí gigante, águilas, guacamayos, tucanes, entre otros.
Al explorar El Dorado en bote tendremos la oportunidad de encontrar delfines de río, rosados y grises, manatíes (Trichechus inunguis) e incluso Paiches (Arapaima gigas). También podremos observar muchas especies de aves volando y en las orillas del lago. Existen reportes de personas observando mamíferos bebiendo agua en las orillas del lago, desde roedores como capybaras (Hydrochoerus hydrochae) hasta el majestuoso Jaguar (Panthera onca), localmente llamado Otorongo, el tercer felino más grande del mundo. No podemos prometer que verás un jaguar, pero éste lugar tiene una probabilidad más alta de la usual de tener la oportunidad de fotografiarlo.
Disfrutaremos de otro hermoso atardecer en El Dorado (o tendremos una segunda oportunidad para una foto perfecta si es que el día anterior estuvo nublado). Nos relajaremos y disfrutaremos el estar muy lejos de la civilización, en el medio de la selva disfrutando sus tesoros.

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 9
Despertaremos muy temprano, alrededor de las 4:30 AM para apreciar un nuevo amanecer en El Dorado
Continuaremos explorando El Dorado, mediante caminatas, navegando o ambas opciones. Todo dependiendo del clima y la estación en que nos encontremos.
Continuaremos en la búsqueda de animales y vida salvaje. Este lugar está totalmente vivo.
Al mediodía comenzaremos nuestro regreso. Debido a que nos encontramos en las profundidades de la Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria nos tomará más de 1 día el regresar. Es por este motivo que navegaremos 5 horas aproximadamente siguiendo la corriente, río abajo, hasta llegar a un punto medio en nuestra ruta en donde estableceremos nuestro último sitio de camping.
Llegaremos durante la tarde a Fariña Sua.
Realizaremos una excursión en bote para probar nuestras habilidades con la pesca artesanal de pirañas, de la forma que las personas locales lo realizan. El guía le entregará instrucciones y todo el equipamiento necesario. Si tienes habilidad (y suerte) podrás incluso pescar Acarahuazu (Oscar fish), Fasaco (Common trahira), entre otros.
En esta zona de la Reserva Pacaya Samiria es posible encontrar delfines rosados y nutrias de río mientras recorremos en bote. Haremos nuestro mejor intento por encontrarlos.
Mantén tus ojos abiertos y practica todas las habilidades que has aprendido y desarrollado durante este viaje, intentando diferenciar aves y animales por sus sonidos.
Caminata nocturna en busca de especies como el armadillo (localmente llamado carachupa, Dasypus novemcinctus) y roedores como el añuje (black agouti o Dasyprocta fuliginosa) y el majaz (paca agouti).

PACAYA SAMIRIA SELVA VIRGEN – DIA 10
Despertaremos nuestros sentidos con una excursión matutina en canoa.
Observación de aves. Durante la madrugada es el mejor momento para observar aves y animales a la orilla del río y dentro de la selva.
Realizaremos nuestra última caminata en la selva en búsqueda de vida salvaje.
Comenzaremos nuestro regreso, deteniéndonos en el PV1 (Punto de Vigilancia 1), ubicado en Santo Domingo para estirar las piernas y contribuir a la comunidad, si usted así lo desea, comprando sus artesanías hechas a mano.
Regreso en bote al puerto de Nauta.
Transporte en vehículo privado desde Nauta a Iquitos.
Llegada a nuestra oficina o, si lo prefiere, su alojamiento en Iquitos o el aeropuerto.
